Payment Methods Accepted on Toko21

PURPOSE
This policy outlines the available payment methods supported by PT Belanja Lebih Cepat ("Toko21") for all transactions made through the platform. All payments on Toko21 are processed securely via our integrated Payment Gateway partner: OY! Indonesia.


This article applies to purchases made through the Customer App (User-App). Merchants are not allowed to accept payments directly from customers outside the platform.


SECTION 1: SUPPORTED PAYMENT METHODS

Toko21 currently supports the following payment options:

1.1 Virtual Accounts (VA)

  • BCA Virtual Account
  • BNI Virtual Account
  • Mandiri Virtual Account
  • Permata Virtual Account
  • CIMB Niaga Virtual Account
  • Maybank, Danamon, and others supported by OY!

Instructions:

  • Choose the VA option during checkout
  • Complete the payment using your bank app or ATM
  • Payment is auto-verified in real-time (no manual confirmation needed)

1.2 E-Wallets

  • GoPay
  • OVO
  • DANA
  • ShopeePay (subject to integration timeline)
  • LinkAja (coming soon)

1.3 QRIS (Unified QR Code)

  • Customers can scan a QRIS code using any supported e-wallet or banking app
  • Payment auto-syncs with the order

1.4 Scheduled Payment Campaigns (Promo-Linked)
During certain events or promos, Toko21 may support:

  • Paylater services (under review)
  • Cashback-linked e-wallet prioritization

Supported payment methods may vary by user location, device, or ongoing maintenance schedules.


SECTION 2: PAYMENT SECURITY & CONFIRMATION

  • All payments are handled by OY! Indonesia, which is licensed and regulated by Bank Indonesia
  • Toko21 does not directly store or access your card, e-wallet, or banking credentials
  • Transactions are encrypted end-to-end

Once payment is completed:

  • You will see a confirmation screen and receive an in-app notification
  • Your order will automatically proceed to fulfillment by the selected merchant


SECTION 3: UNPAID ORDERS & EXPIRY

  • If payment is not completed within the set time window (usually 15–30 minutes), the order will be canceled automatically
  • Stock that was temporarily locked will be released to other users
  • Users must restart the order process if they miss the payment window


SECTION 4: TROUBLESHOOTING & SUPPORT

4.1 Payment Status Not Updated?

  • Wait up to 5 minutes for OY! to sync
  • If still unpaid, check your transaction history in your bank or e-wallet app
  • Use the "Need Help?" button on your order detail page to open a support ticket

4.2 Duplicate Payment or Overcharge?

  • Submit evidence (screenshot, bank log) via the Help Center
  • Toko21 will coordinate with OY! for resolution within 2–5 business days


NOTES:

  • Toko21 does not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) due to fulfillment model
  • Manual transfers to any personal or third-party account are strictly prohibited
  • All payments must go through the Toko21 app interface to ensure fraud protection and refund eligibility
